Now, the sheriff says brock turner is expected to be released anytime between 5 and 9 a. M. Tomorrow. They will have extra deputies on hand just to beef up security. Brock turner is a former stanford swimmer. He was convicted of Sexual Assaulting a drunk woman outside a frat party last year. He faced several years in prison. But he was only given six months in jail and now he is being released early after only three months in jail. The sheriff says he is going to walk out the front doors like everyone else and they are making final security preparations. I think that protestors are going to be angry. I think a lot of people are angry over this case. Its too light of a sentence for a rapist. And, um, but were just going to make sure that the public and everybody thats there is safe on the morning that he is released. Reporter there is an effort to recall judge persky after he handed down that sixmonth sentence to brock turner. The protestors tomorrow are part of that campaign.
