That broke four days ago on sunday, when friends and family were trying to find the couple golam and shamima rabbi and found them shot dead in their home after trying to get them for days. No word on the motive but handwritten messages were scrawled in black marker on the floors and walls of the crime scene. There was even a mock apology saying, quote, sorry my first kill was clumsy end quote, take care of your brother or he is next. Kiet, whats the latest . Reporter yes. Good morning. For days now San Jose Police had been saying the son, habib rabbi was not a suspect. They had been following him all the way to tracy. Now habib rabbi has been arrested facing charges of shooting and killing his parents. Golam and shamima rabbi were found dead inside their home on lucas court in san joses evergreen neighborhood on sunday. Friends and family had not heard from them for days and found the couple had been shot and killed inside the house. Whats more, disturbing taunting messages have been scrawled on the walls and floors in black marker, our cameras were there when evidence technicians carried out a huge piece of drywall that said, take care of your brother or hes next. Habib rabbi now likely back in san jose. Whether he is being interrogated here at Police Headquarters or is in jail we dont know but certainly some good work by detectives from San Jose Police to lead to the big break in the case. The enhanced Surveillance Footage shows a white circle around the sheriffs deputy twirling something shiny in his hand. Two witnesses have come forward and said that these officers bribed them by giving them the chain that you can see the officer swinging, drugs and moy any, in exchange for their silence. Jeff adachi says the gold chain gangs to Stanislaus Petrov a suspect who led Alameda County deputies on a highspeed chase earlier.
