Arizona senator john mccain returned for the vote. I will not vote for this bill as it is today. Its a shell of a bill right now. In all nine republicans voted against repealing and replacing the aca, falling short of the necessary threshold of 57 votes, including vocal opposition from maines senator susan collins. Today the Sheriffs Office arrested a second suspect in her brutal murder. 19yearold johnny brown of san jose. His exact role in the crime is not clear, but he joins 19year old zach quinn. Authorities say suspects broke into her home in september of last year and threatened to kill her if she didnt hand over money. When miss flo told them she didnt have any, she was brutally punched and kicked to the ground. The Sheriffs Office says the suspects ransacked the home and took off in her car. Reporter megan is 34 years old, homeless in San Francisco. Originally from nebraska, she was homeless when she moved here about five years ago. Just over a month ago megan delivered a baby daughter named nadalia. Whats a day in your life like . We get up 8 30, 9 00, go downtown, panhandle, make enough money to get diapers, formula. Reporter her panhandling has drawn attention on social media. These photos were posted on facebook expressing concern about whether the mother is capable of taking care of her weeks old baby. Shes using the child so make money, this should be treated like Human Trafficking and prostitution. Basically it amounts to harassment. Ive asked them not to film me or my baby. I am a human being. Reporter another woman who saw the post got involved, ending up calling the cops because she said the bailey looked discolored. The baby looked discolored.
