Students across the nation this week at campuses including yale university, cal state los angeles, the university of new mexico and stanford have staged walkouts. Many of them called on youths to make their schools santa ana sanctuary campuses. It would limit schools sanctuary camps. It would limit the schools cooperation with authorities. I want future undocumented students to feel like this is their home, that theres someone always there for them. This isnt necessarily for me because i only have one year left. The neighbor that didnt want to have his face on camera said the third woman regularly spent time at the home. She faces three charges of murder and a weapons charge for having brass knuckles. Now police say theyve arrested the two teenagers responsible. Santa rosa High School Students showed up to school two weeks ago and found this mess. Under California Law the chief couldnt say, but nine months later the public found out. District attorney Steve Wagstaff charged officer winchester with raping five women while he was in uniform. The victim was just getting cold feet and didnt follow through on it. That initial incident report should have gone in the personnel file according to good practices. Reporter it can vanish after five years even if it did get filed. The new employer must be willing to physically inspect the file at his last police department. Personnel files do not travel. Sheriff ahern fired 18 year deputy shawn osborn. Two other deputies were charged by the San Francisco osborn was not. Why was he fired .
