Timmy tree was a Santa Clara Deputy off the job after being put on administrative leave. But this time a fresh review and an Expert Witness changed their mind. They said that the inmate got into a fight with the correctional deputy who struggled to restrain him on the floor. He managed to pin down one of the inmates hands. Tree then rushed over to help and instead of holding down the inmates other free hand, he kicked him in the head two or three times.
