This scandal of course has embarrassed and angered the mayor, and is someship that may be the reason expect that may be the reason the chief was forced to resign. I caught up with this teenager after she finished an interview with the police department. She was there to answer more questions related to a sex scandal thats embarrassed the police department. The first i was 16. Reporter she says she started having sex with Police Officers when she was just 16 years old. She slept with about two dozen officers from different agencies in the east bay. Most of them officers at the Oakland Police department. At the time you were a minor, did you feel like you were a victim . Not at the time, no. I was happy to see a man in uniform. Getting this protection. Reporter she was watched over while she was working on international bailiff as a prostitute. They even tipped her off about undercover operations. Thats how she met officer obrian when she was 17. I was being chased down international boulevard by a pimp. And he saved me.
