Once again, for demonstrators to get out of the streets and on to the sidewalks of the protest started when 100 protesters gathered at the plaza. Their message to protest against Police Violence and voice their opposition, once again, to the mayors new crack down. She said anyone marching in the middle of the street after dark without a permit will be arrested. It is a law already on the books. The police overlooked it in the past but will not anymore. Ark cording to the police, last night there were five arrests and 47 citations as a result of the protests on, no arrest numbers, no official arrest numbers yet for tonight.
