Operation omni called san joses largest ever crack down on illegal gambling. Devin fehely is in san jose where it is all going down. Reporter San Jose Police and the fbi say the common denominator on all of the businesses raided was illegal gambling. Something they say that opened a pandoras box of other criminal activity. Our cameras were there as fbi agents carted several Gaming Machines out of the cafe in east san jose. They targeted illegal gambling. Fbi agents who participated in the raid were typically tight lipped. The only thing i can confirm at this time is we are serving multiple search warrants in the area. Reporter they seized 85 to 100 machines in the location. Illegal gambling has made this a hot bed of prostitution, drugs, and violence. Several customers and employees were detained at each location, but we have no word of any arrest made tonight.
