In other news, chp is responding to allegations that some officers exchanged nude pictures from the cell phone of a woman who had been arrested. The allegations are disappointing. They are disgusting. And they have angered my staff, top management, executive management. Suspicions were first raised when a dui suspect noticed six photos were sent from her hone to another account. It is not an isolated incident but a game. The affidavit revealed some of the texts. This poked fun at a woman. This officer said nudes are always better with the face. The other officer texted back, what you can see there on the screen. Tonight, the chp condemned those texts. The callous and depravity with which these officers communicated about women is dehumanizing, horribly offensive and degrading to all women. One of the officers says he learned the game while in southern california. They would both lose their jobs and face charges. New details emerging about the man suspected of killing two sacramento area deputies. 34yearold Marcelo Marquez and his wife were arrested after a deadly sixhour 30mile rampage. Federal investigators reveal marquez is actually named luis enrique monroybracamonte and he was arrested on Drug Trafficking charges in 1997. Davis was shot as he approached a suspicious car in a Hotel Parking lot. The couple inside it took offshooting and seriously wounding another person in an attempted carjacking. A man hunt continued for six hours. The deputy danny oliver, a father of two was also killed in the confrontation with the couple. I knew it was bad. Law enforcement are still working out the charges. The two suspects are scheduled to make their first Court Appearances tuesday. There is a new push tonight to do something about a notorious south bay bar. The bar may be forced to close for good. Reporter Police Sirens ring out at el tarasco bar in san jose. This video was taken just after a Security Guard was shot point blank after his attempt to break up a robbery outside the bar.
