Reporter this has been a mystery so long and just a few hours ago, the court released a 1900 page document. A grand jury transcript to the mercury news. For the First Railroad first time, we are learning about major evidence in this case of murder kidnapping. They believe she was tied up, bound, dragged, placed in the trunk. This was not an innocent enneagonner. Reporter steve clark has seen the documents. He says the murder suspect left beline quite a bit of evidence and revealed some details to investigators before they brought them up. The fact that sierra lamars hair was found on a rope inside of Garcia Torres trunk, there is no innocent explanation for that. Reporter besides her hair on a rope, they found dirt on sierras clothes that indicate she was possibly dragged and his dna was found on her pants. According to the grand jury testimony, Garcia Torres tried to explain that evidence. But he volunteered that information before anyone brought up sperm to him or before anyone said that was found. That is very damaging why he would try to immediately initiate that kind of a conversation. Very peculiar. Reporter despite repeated searches, 15yearold sierra lamar has never been found. While that will be a major problem for prosecutors, they appear to have a solid case. Will it be a death case . They showed us a lot of their cards.
