You know what that place is . Is that like one of them sex places . Reporter it is better known as the moonlight bunny ranch, a brothel. It was featured on the hbo show cat house. Having a billboard promoting certain activities out of town, it is not acceptable. Reporter this is the First Council member noel galbo saw the sign. It is less than a mile away from a Child Development center. I think it is inappropriate. It is not something that kids should be exposed to. Reporter kids were concerned about their kids might not know what the bunny ranch is so we decided to do a Google Search to see what would show up. This is what we found. To understand why this billboard ended up in oakland, we spoke to the smiling man on the sign himself. Hof says he is advertising the bar and cigar area. If kids are worried, they should keep an eye on their kids, not his sign. We are not doing anything illegal at all. It is a bar and a restaurant. Kids eat free tuesday. He tells us he will call the Billboard Company to tell them to remove the ad. In the past hour, we learned more about what happened in a shooting rampage in a College Campus in seattle. Andria borba, tell us who stopped this thing. Reporter well seattle pd and University Officials had a plan in case of a school shooting, but one watchful student put an end to the terror quickly when he saw the gunman stop to reload. Police officers swarmed the campus looking for the gunman but a hall monitor in the Engineering Building already spotted a chance and took action. Pepper sprayed that person. Then got them to the ground where other people inside of the facility were able to subdue him and they waited for the police to arrive. Reporter witnesses say armed with a shotgun, the suspect entered the classroom building and began firing. She had a lot of blood on her chest. There was a tourniquet on her arm. Reporter seattle pd says the suspect is a 26yearold man not enrolled in the school. The suspect was armed not only with a shotgun, but a knife and had more ammunition. Now Seattle Pacific is a small christian campus of 4,000 students. They prayed for those who died and were terrorized by the events. We learned that the gunman is aaron ebara. He visited columbine and wanted to shoot up the school. Andria borba, kpix5. It was a little less than two weeks ago that a gunman had people scrambling for their lives. Elliot rodger killed six and wounded many others after posting a video on youtube. This is Molly Franquemont who was reported missing last year, and her body was never found. This morning, Police Officer went to arrest glen griggs for killing her. They brought the swat team with them. Police say he ignored the officers and they had to force their way in. They used an Armored Vehicle to bash their way through the security door. Once inside, griggs pointed a gun at the officer and he was shot and killed. A giants fan nearly beaten to death at Dodger Stadium. Tonight, security has become the big topic. Reporter this is coming together.
