Reporter wilson joined the Fire Department in 1994 and was promoted over the years to captain. In 2015 he was fired for putting a fire engine out of service so he and his wife could go to the airport. He appealed and got his job back. But was demoted to firefighter. In may, he got a dui and was ultimately fired in july of this year. Wilson was in the process of appealing that 2nd termination he for this alleged incident occurred. Avondale police are trying to figure out how a 5yearold boy found a gun inside his home and then shot himself to death. Investigators are calling it accidental he reportedly lived at this home with his mother and 4 siblings. Its unclear how he found access to the gun.
