Winds an oregon man is recovering after he was stranded for a week in gerlach. 69yearold philip besanson, was driving from arizona back to Eugene Oregon when his pickup truck broke down. According to the Washoe County sheriffs office, besanson stayed with his truck and drank melted snow and rationed a small supply of canned food.
