In it the engineer says google should stop its campaigns to end gender and racial diversity. The reason women dont make up half of the companys tech and Leadership Company is because of genetic differences in their preferences and ability. According to googles latest diversity report, women make up only 20 in tech and 25 in leadership roles. Reaction has ranged from outrage to praise. Either way, a Tech Industry analyst we spoke to says there may be a Silver Lining in all of this.
