Reporter one of many missing pets, so when she learned of 12 dogs dumped along Columbus Parkway right next to the sharp tools that someone may have used to kill them. She was the most human like, loyal dog i had ever met in my life. Reporter when she called animal control, she dialed the private number of an offduty officer, the county did not get the message or visit the scene for six weeks. In this case, had we gotten the call when she first reached out and contacted us in february, the scene would have been better preserved and we would have been able to collect far more evidence. Reporter since then Vallejo Police have looked around and found toolings and dried blood and dog fur, but they say they found no evidence of animal abuse. Animal Rights Groups see it differently. Personally i dont understand it, with the tools that were out here. Reporter little hope remains that we will ever know the identities of those dogs. And for jamie and others pet owners, theres pain mixed in with memories. What this is this person going to do a year ago when dogs arent enough. New at 6 00, Stockton Police responding to a Health Emergency this morning found something they did not expect. A woman and a man hoarding more than 100 dogs, cats and a turtle inside their home. Animal services responded and said for the most part, the pets were well fed and healthy, but the house was no place to fit all those animals. And we already spoke with the animal owners and it was just a case of trying to do the right thing and help these animals out. The woman who had the health the man who was also hospitalized will be allowed to keep three pets, but has agreed to have the rest put in an mall shelters. The tense 19hour standoff between a suspected killer and police swat. W. A. T. Units. It began owed afternoon when police say a man killed the 47yearold at larky park in walnut creek, that led to the standoff in martinez. The suspect was inside this mercedes the entire time. At one point he got out of the car hands up, but scrambled back inside after police fired two nonlethal bullets at him. The standoff went on for 18 hours with him and the reason why is preservation of life. They believe the suspect was suffering from hallucinations during the standoff probably because of drug use. A man who was 39yearold Matthew Scott jones is also facing charges of attempted murder and hate crimes. Officers say last night jones threw an incendiary device into an apartment window then torched a car and then set off an explosion outside the Fairfield Police department. Investigators say two of jones neighbors accuse him of using racial slurs against them earlier this month. An employee in the boys and girls club in petaluma accused of offering up a 6yearold girl for sex Benjamin Goerke faces child endangerment charges. He sent a picture of a girl who was in the after School Program sent pictures to fellow pedophiles. But those benefits were improved. The base pay for new recruits is 92,000 and too much scale is just over 100,000.
