As for parents here at the school they tell us theyre angry, but not necessarily surprised. The video shows a young boy beinheld in the air and then punched or slapped by a woman identified as a teachers aide, it appears the staff member goes after the child, now on the ground. The man put his hands on his neck. After backing away, he again grabbed him around the neck. A second deputy came and assisted him. Prosecutor wanted a jail sentence. His lawyer asked that his clients felony be reduced to a misdemeanor. Glenell said that the beating still haunts him, today. He was sentenced to three years probation.
