And on december 10th, female student walking home on this street was robbed by two teens with gucks who stole her wallet and phone. The crimes have lyanne thinking about her safety. Extexting, talking on your phone, looking at the internet. I want to be safe. Many students are taking advantage of nighttime walking escorts and shuttles. Tonight Foster City Police are looking for two men, one armed, who robbed a man of his casino winnings. The victim was gambling at the lucky chances casino and drove back to his hotel in foster city, where he was approached in the parking men by two men, one with a shotgun, the victim, 68yearold man from oklahoma, hasnted over his wallet, casino chips and cash. The robbers followed him home from the casino. A teenage shooting victim in San Francisco has been identified. 16yearold Clifton Chapman was shot and killed in the citys silver at thes neighborhood. Officers were called to a shooting around 11 00 last night. A second victim is hospitalized in serious condition. Tonight firefighters are trying to determine the cause of a fire that left 30 people homeless. Flames rose from an Apartment Building this morning. The fire left fire and water damage. We have at least 12 units with significant damage, so were looking at, 12 units displaced and potentially more. Once the people who dont have as much damage good in and see the conditions, they may choose to not come back home. The fire began on the top floor in the rear of the building.
