The victim was gambling at the lucky chances casino and drove back to his hotel in foster city, where he was approached in the parking men by two men, one with a shotgun, the victim, 68yearold man from oklahoma, hasnted over his wallet, casino chips and cash. The robbers followed him home from the casino. A teenage shooting victim in San Francisco has been identified. 16yearold Clifton Chapman was shot and killed in the citys silver at thes neighborhood. Tonight firefighters are trying to determine the cause of a fire that left 30 people homeless. Flames rose from an Apartment Building this morning. The fire left fire and water damage.
