Theyre saying this happened when he worked here at the school as an after School Teacher for studen. That predates work as a police officer. Investigators believe some abuse happened here at this facility, much of it, elsewhere. All of it related to a job working with kids. The majority believe this is something special. Investigators say it happened before 2007 before Richard Mccloud became a Hayward Police officer. Mccloud accused of sexually abusing several 1214 year old girls over a nine year period whene worked as a teacher in a after school program. Nothing was forced or anything. It was built on being a friend, mentor, ill take care of you. There was some fondness with these young girls. The 38yearold mccloud worked at the kid zone after school program. Accusations including sexual intercourse span from 19998 to 2007hen he left to to become a police officer. Were upset. Upset.
