tonight after being shot by san francisco police. bystander caught the incident on cell phone camera. police say the suspect throw a knife natural air and within a second the officers open fire. gallon of diesel fuel on board might spill creating an environmental hazard. >> we could have birds that are in the area fly into the diesel. could coat their wings then they could die of hypothermia.
