tonight after being shot by san francisco police. bystander caught the incident on cell phone camera. police say the suspect throw a knife natural air and within a second the officers open fire. tonight the chief said the suspect had just established -- stabbed an officer and he was not confined to the wheelchair. >> video showing us the focus of the camera l of an event and show one point of
