rescue the 6-year-old son, the passenger 25-year-old and her 8-year-old daughter. he have. the passenger was taken thoughts in stable condition. the children were taken to children hospital in oakland tree and then fire quickly ignited under the hood. witnesses say the driver was struggling to get out of the car but trapped. >> somebody was hurt. car was already on fire. only the engine pretty much. i rushed towards the person by that time two gentlemen helped him out of the car. everyone safe and everyone unharmed. police can exceptional job taking this under control. >>reporter: no word yet on what caused the driver to slam into the tree. >> day of protest in sacramento culminated tonight when about 50 demonstrators refused to leave the capitol rotunda. wall of officers lined up until closing time. >> if you did not leave the area you will be subject to physical arrest and detention. >> officers ordered protestors to disburse as soon as the capitol closed at 6:00 p.m. repeated the order three times in the span of hour and a half. dozen who converge decided they weren't going anywhere. >> circulating here and financial district in san francisco and in new york city and wall street. so all we have is what we have right here and so we are going to stay here and utilize that. >>reporter: many of the protestors were students who came to sacramento to make a point. if the day began with morning march and continued with several rally throughout the day. thousands office students teachers administrators came from all over california demanding end in tuition hike and programs cut over the years be restored. >> we wanted to be accessible and wanted to be available for people because we feel that it is extremely important. that is not something that is only. >>reporter: finally after protestors every opportunity to leave, officers made their move. and arrested each person one by one for trespassing. the chp which has jurisdiction over the capitol grounds were well prepared. they called in 150 extra officers. the fact that no one put up a fight was not a huge surprise. >> we kind of got word of that early on that that is how it was going to go. that graduating on time. sudden loss of 3.6 million dollars in state funding is forcing the school to cancel almost 100 classes this semester and furlough employee up to 15 days. ccsf share of the 150 million dollar hit the community college system took when property tax revenue came up far short of expectations. >> i think it's very difficult for everyone so, you know, it sort of depends each situation how we lack at it. could be like if we have 2 sections of same class at the same time can we combine those 2. >>reporter: budget cuts had already been made in december. dcsf is asking for private donation to help save the classes. south san francisco man is in jail tonight accused of molesting 4 young girls. investigators think there may be more victims. he is kyle clifton boyd who police arrested on suspicion of having sex with teenager girl. >> to think of all the time that he had access to our house or to my children. >>reporter: police arrested 36-year-old kyle boyd. cops believe he's responsible for victimizing 4 juvenile girls between 2000 and 2012. >> victimize the girls and then he would threaten them with bodily harm or supply them with buy them things. keep them quiet. >>reporter: investigators say one victim may have been raped since the age of 5. >> there were numerous times left alone with the victims. >>reporter: police say he didn't have an extensive criminal history and before he moved in this bungalow in so you know san francisco he lived outside sacramento and worked regularly as mechanic. his crimes came to light when one of the victims came forward to a relative and until his arres arrest, his neighbors with small girls of their own found nothing out of character. >> going through my mind of all the times that wed interaction with him. to be honest i thought avenues great guy. >>reporter: investigators believe that there may be other potential juvenile victims and they are asking that anyone with information contact south san
