A tightly secured area like the one built during a Bernie Sanders rally in june 2016. San franciscos mayor is concerned that weapons could be secretly brought in given the many vulnerable spots at crissy field. It would be easy for people to penetrate those without any kind of inspection, unless theyre covered. The police are just keeping us from getting in the park, theres going to be a big mess. Reporter activists already confronting each other and berkeleys mayor over what city hall is calling a hate rally across the street from berkeleys police department. They were there as east bay law makers came together to condemn that rally which is being held without a permit. Some of the very groups that came to berkeley that have promoted hatefilled messages, they have said that they are whichi coming to berkeley. We must remain true and reject hatred, intolerance and bigotry. An april rally by another conservative resulted in street brawls. The mayor claims the city is ready this time. A Sexual Assault has been reported on the uc berkeley campus. The suspect and the victim apparently knew each other. Investigation is underway. Classes at berkeley begin on wednesday. Well, people can now head back to their homes after a dangerous brush fire burned 200 acres in dublin. You see the charred ground it left behind. They say oliver of san jose came up to a group of off duty firefighters thursday and started shooting. Walter was shot once in the chest but did not survive.
