Late today attorneys for the teenager announced 66 Million Dollar lawsuit. And the first complaint have been filed now against two officers in the case. Heres lee ann with the latest. Reporter jasmine attorneys say the 66yearold Million Dollar civil claim against the ty of oakland was filed for filing protect children. Her attorneys expect to file similar suits against other jurisdictions involved in the six scandal. So far only two officers have been formally charged. First complaint was filed against daniel black formerly from the Livermore Police department. Black who has resigned is charged with two counts oven beginninging in lewd conduct. Two count oven beginning in prostitution and one count of fishing alcohol to minor all 5 misdemeanor charges. Second officer charged is lee rye Johnson OaklandPolice Officer who has retired. He faces one count of failing to report child abuse. Officer from the Contra Costa CountySheriffs Office and 4 others from the Oakland Police department are also expected to be charged in coming days. The investigation was launched last june by Alameda County da Nancy Omalley following allegations of Sexual Misconduct involving officers. At the heart of the scandal is 19yearold jasmine who used to go by the name celeste. She claims to have sex with 50 or more bay area Police Officers, few while she was still a minor. She was sent to a Rehab Facility in florida and was briefly in jail. This week she was released and returned to the bay area willing to testify against the officers.
