Lying on Stu you news because you never knew because every week we feature a different animal from the Newport Beach Animal Shelter and so we just the friends of the Newport Beach animals just launched. A founding member campaigning in support of the animal shelter and we're trying to purchase a permanent forever home for the shelter because right now the city runs through the police department and Valerie Schoenberg has a fabulous she just does a an amazing amazing job and so I walked in and to take a look at and that was it and right my friend Robin was there and she was holding him and she said you are taking this dog home he is so special and she was right and so if you're looking for to adopt or even foster You know there's other ways you can support our animal shelter here locally you can you can you know become a volunteer you can foster or you can adopt and I read a dog best thing I've best thing I've done in the last year or so and he's just the love of my life you know about what friends the friends of the Newport animal shelter what is their purpose right so our purpose is to support the operations and again we're also mounting a capital campaign to purchase right now just right we're renting this shelter as it exists on on Riverside and so we want to buy a permanent shelter and then we raise money for the ongoing operations so where is it on Riverside imo it's up there you know off of so if you're going up Santa Boulevard you make a right on to Orchard and then you go and I think that it's way up by the airport well kind of Back Bay yeah on the other side office and orchard and then Riverside and heights exactly I mean we are all the doggie spas are it's like a sack of doggie services and it always amazes me like how Jews live on that street because. There's a lot of dogs barking but but our wonderful animal shelter that's run by the new peach police department is there and so the friends of the Newport Beach Animal Shelter if you'd like to join us in supporting our efforts you can go on to find boss f.-o.
