Meanwhile, a bad crash in phoenix. A driver slammed headon into a palm tree at 40th street and mcdowell. No word on the drivers condition. 40th street has since reopened. This morning we are waiting to learn the name of a man shot ran over a dps trooper. We are told troopers shot and killed him because he was a clear threat. A memorial is growing this morning for three young men killed in a street racing crash. This morning the victims family is sharing a warning for every parent in the valley. Police they say he admitted to the burglary there, as well as using a stolen credit card. But he claims his friend bobby was with him, and that bobby is the one who shot the dog.
