About 18 hours over the weekend it was legal to collect peoples ballots and then turn them in. The u. S. Supreme court reinstated the law making it once again a felony. Theres a bigger problem with this law. Theres not really anything in the law that talks about the enforcement. It just says that its a felony. And the county Attorney Says he will investigate any complaints of of voter harvesting submitted by law enforcement. They tell me that this law is very difficult to because once the ballots are dropped off at a center like this its really difficult to do any further investigating how they actually got here in the first place.
