This came after midnight and police do have one person who they have in custody right now questioning that person over at police headquarters. We are waiting to get more information from the police spokesperson, but we understand with all of the protests on the streets in oakland for the last two nights, its been quite a busy couple of days for the spokes people. Reporter thats the rumor in dunbar drive in oakland. Officers are still here at the scene. This is a Newer Development in oakland off 98th avenue just east of highway 880. Several streets have been cordoned off. Here is what we know so far. There were reports of gunshots in the neighborhood when officers arrived the home they were responding to was on fire. Firefighters arrived and doused the flames at that point, but they did discover three bodies on the scene making this a triple homicide. They have one person in custody questioning that person over at police headquarters. One neighbor came out earlier today and said he was also being kept in the dark, not allowed to come out of his home and actually did not know how he was going to get to work. Officers were able to lead him away from the crime scene at this point. Still waiting for official confirmation as to what may have led up to this triple homicide, the spokesperson for the Oakland Police department has not arrived on the scene. It looks like from the traffic pattern its past the sky way. The lanes arent block, but a lot of activity. Serious, a deadly crash there. Youll make the cutover toward the carquinez bridge. As we look at the east bay times, 16 minutes. A little slowing for the east bay freeway. And the buildup at the bay bridge toll plaza. The live shot filled in for all lanes. The fast track lanes are moving well. Well look towards sunol as well. Pockets of fog is what we see. So we do have that. Right to breaking weve been falling out of oakland. A house fire put police on the scene investigating a trip homicide. Theres still Yellow Police tape out there. Investigators are casing the area trying to learn more information. This is what it loojd like only hours ago. Admitted night actually near hawkins and dunbar drives. Police found three bodies inside the home that was on fire. Police tell us someone is being questioned in that case. Questions about security at sjc after a trespasser got onto the airfield. Police say jerry hyde somehow made his way onto the restricted airfield around 1 00 yesterday morning. An electrician working on the airfield called police. This is the sixth airport breach there in the last 18 months. It comes after several upgrades to security including higher fences. Developing news out of the east bay and another night of protests in oakland as people voice their anger over the outcome of the president ial election. Although this version last night was decidedly more peaceful than the previous two nights. Hundreds of protesters gather for a third night of demonstrations. At one point they moved onto interstate 508 and blocked both sides of the freeway. Protesters used a similar tactic in san jose where they blocked traffic on highway 87 near the airport. This was shortly after 9 00 last night. Video posted to social media showed the traffic mess as the crowd blocked the highway. The protesters eventually marched to the mlk library by city hall. Get ready for more traffic in San Francisco . What . Van ness avenue is undergoing the major overall. Starting today crews will be at the intersection of van ness and broadway where theyll be reconfiguring the southbound lanes. It should be completed by 2019.
