I will show you how to make a pork cutlet. We have basil, apricot preserves, red wine. Youre liking it already. Well season it with salt and pepper. Okay. A little bit of garlic powder. All right. This is very simple seasoning. Easy, breezy. Mmhmm. When meat is good and tasty, you dont want to lose the taste of the meat. Exactly. I will get these started. We have olive oil in the pan. Do you cut the fat off or leave it on . Leave it on. You can trim it if you want. It taetss better with it on. You get a pork chop from the grocery store. You will slice it into two. You want to make it even across. Its like butterflying but you go all the way through and end up with two pork cutlets. This will sear for a minute and a half on either side. Thats quick. Then we pour in the red wine. Apricot preserves. Exactly right. If you dont like pork you can use shrimp, chicken and then if you are a white wine lover instead of red you can use white wine or also orange juice. There you go. A little unknown thing. These cook for a minute and a half on each side. Pork needs to be cooked through because of the potential. You can enjoy it mediumrare. Its acceptable. You want it to be to the proper temperature. Is that it . We have to pour in the apricot preserves. You let it reduce down. For how long . Once it reduces down it gets thicker. Then you add a little bit of basil. I love basil on everything. That takes three minutes. You have a salad. This is apples that are just sauteing. Any kind. Youre putting lettuce in the frying pan . Fried lettuce i like it already. This takes maybe a minute. You dont need salad dressing. Look what you made. Add salt and pepper. Lets give it a try. It looks really good. Yep. What do you think, hodawoman . Kim there you go. This is delicious. Five minutes.
