Danielle molotto is married to Staff Sergeant philip who has been deployed to iraq and afghanistan. Serving our country meant he had to miss some very important milestones including the birth of his youngest twins who he has never met. Take a look at their story. Philip and i are high school sweethearts. Best friends who fell in love and have been together ever since. In september 2007 philip made the decision to serve our country by enlisting in the u. S. Army. After graduating basic training he asked for my hand in marriage. We were married on july 5, 2008. Philip was sent to iraq in 2009 for 12 months. After his homecoming we knew we wanted to start a family. Luke and alicia arrived in august 2011. We were together only three months when he received orders to deploy for another year to afghanistan. He was able to come home for two weeks to celebrate the first birthday. And in february, 2013 we learned that i was expecting, you guessed it, our second set of twins. But it was bittersweet. Philip left for afghanistan and exactly one week later our bundles of joy came into the world. The next few months were hectic. Philip did his best to comfort me from afar. Than helped me keep going. I am grateful for the support of my mom and motherinlaw in recent months but we are so ready to welcome philip home. Unbelievable. Danielle is here with us now along with her children, also philips parents are going to be joining us. How do you do it . Thats the big question. Honestly it is all about a schedule. Is it . Very much. We get up. We do breakfast. I pump for the babies and do breakfast and go through our daily routine. That is the only way we have been able to survive. How much time do you spend on this ones hair . It is impossible. I comb it. It is cute. It must be tough without your husband being around. How do you guys communicate . How do you keep him up to date on what is going on . We use face time every morning. Time change is what . Nine hours . It is about 12. His day is our night and vice versa. I said why would i do that . Someone said, a lot of girls do this, so i said ill check it out. I ended up getting the lead in the musical and did four shows in high school. You will get a chance to use it. That is when i figured out that i missed being on stage. I switched to acting. A year later i found myself in the National Tour of rent and started working.
