What we do know is a notice went out with this deputys name, his badge number and his picture instructing all sheriffs departments staff not to let him, this deputy, into any secured fills and this warning going out friday just after investigators discovered this alleged smuggling plot here at the hall of justice. The alleged handoff happened outside the San Francisco hall of justice. A cell phone stuffed inside a burrito carried in a bag. Law enforcement sources tell nbc the area the deputy in question bypassed metal detecters at the entrance on his way to delivering the bag to murder suspect Michael Green who wases locked up on the seventh floor.
