Former gilroy teacher douglas lei was trusted to teach and now charged with 20 sex crimes against nine teenage boys. Ages 14 to 16. Some of them former students in his chemistry class. Prosecutors say he attempted what is often referred to as catfishing online. Mr. Lei pretended to be a teenage female and contacted young teenage males and started conversations with them for the purposes of engaging in Sexual Conduct through the internet or through Messenger Services and soliciting child pornography and pictures of the young minor victims.
