Dive teams and crews spent the day looking for their bodies in the reservoir of woodward. A 15yearold missing vallejo girl has a search going on right now. They were searching for her near the town of jenner but later they called it off. Well have more coverage on this tonight at 11 00. Developing in southern california, this before lifeguards say there was a shark attack at the delmar state beach in los angeles. One person is suffering from a shark bite and lifeguards are treating that person. We dont know how bad the injuries are. The director of the zoo felt the workers had to shoot the gorilla fearing tranquilizers wouldnt act fast enough. Some say the zoo didnt have to use lethal force. I heard the splash and people were yelling, theres a boy in the water, theres a boy in the water the boys family says hes home after a short hospital visit and is doing fine after all that. But there is an online petition circulating seeking charges against the parents. At this point Officials Say the parents wont be charged. The cincinnati zoo is open to visitors today but the gorilla exhibit is closed. The area red cross volunteers are headed to texas after deadly flooding there. Chopper video is showing some of the damage there. At least six people are dead across texas and kansas. A few more are still missing. The rescue teams are searching the flooded areas looking for survivors. Meantime, crews have started cleanup efforts as the evacuated families return to take stock of the damage. We are talking anywhere from 60s at the coastline to near 100 for places like the trivalley over the next couple of days. Its going to get toasty around here. The one place it wont be overly hot, heres the shot from san jose. Blue skies this evening, 73 degrees. But San Francisco completely fogged in. The fog making its appearance here in the last hour and will continue to control in heading into the overnight hours. Temperatures in the east bay and San Francisco cool in the 60s. Now for tomorrow, temperatures will go up just a bit. Well be up to 79 degrees for the east bay. 75 for San Francisco. The trivalley will push 90. And it will be close to 88 degrees in other areas. The High Pressure will ramp up to push the offshore winds. Well see anywhere from 70s at the coastline to 80s at the inner bay and the 90s for the south bay. Look at the 90s take over parts of the trivalley on tuesday. Tripledigit heat for the delta over near sacramento. It will be really hot there. But again, heading to the coastline, the 70s hang on tightly over the next couple of days. Not going to be overly warm there. By wednesday we get a slight marine push and that will cool us just a little bit at the coastline. So your microclimate forecast for monday pushes up to 86 degrees for tomorrow. Morgan hill, 87. Well switch gears to talk about the east coast. Over the weekend Tropical Storm bonnie formed and moved ashore toward south carolina. It dumped anywhere of 4 to 8 inches of rain throughout the course of the day. It will continue to make its way out of the region and weaken as it does, but it is slow moving. Thats the thing about this system. So it will be with the folks in the carolinas over the next two to three days. Not going anywhere until wednesday. It will bring rain to places like washington, d. C. , new york city and boston. So the slowmoving system definitely a welcomed site but you dont always want the rain at once. Here at home well stay dry with High Pressure in control. We will actually have the chance to see our own little bit of rain showers. You can see them trying to pop up across parts of the sierra. Nothing huge but you know what that means this time of the year . Any kind of thunderstorm activity means the potential for wildfires.
