Tomorrow morning, it will be a morning that youll need the jacket with lows in the lou 40s around napa. 50s to low 60s closer to lunchtime. And temperatures by midafternoon, about five to eight degrees warmer than today. Places like livermore and san jose should climb close to 70 degrees.
