Many drivers stuck in that 92 traffic were actually trying to avoid this crash on the bay bridge. Another big rig. Reporter the city is asking for specific budget information. The mayor saying the city is in the dark, and she wants to make sure that the city is getting its fair share of all the events that they are allocated to that happen here at levis stadium. If theyre not managing the stadium properly, we will get someone who will. Reporter santa clara mayor, lisa gilmore, says the city is prepared to take over management of levis stadium if the 49ers dont comply with their current contract. At the end of this audit, were going to have a bill. And they have to pay us back. Otherwise we have violated the law. Reporter gilmore is referring to this independent audit presented to the city council last night. It states that the 49ers have failed to present a handful of budget documents that are detailed in the stadium contract. The city says those documents are crucial to determine how city money is being spent and how much money the city should be making from events like the taylor swift concert. We have to stop the bleeding of the general funds into the stadium. Reporter today the independent auditor confirmed its possible taxpayer money was used to reseed the field several times and in a phone interview also said hes working to determine how much city money has been spent on nflsanctioned events, which is illegal, according to santa clara city law. Thats one of our audit questions, as well. Is to ensure that those costs are being properly allocated. Reporter the 49ers declined to speak on camera, but in a statement, the spokesperson tells us the auditors have been told that the requested documents will be presented on monday. But you can see, it cut a channel here. And instead of going down along the road where there was erosion occurring, its going in and in a more gradual path. Just plan for the chance here of some scattered showers. 57 to start in the south bay. 55 for the east bay. And the north bay will also begin with temperatures in the mid 50s. On the microclimate forecast, as we head throughout saturday, i have everyone with the possibility of some showers. Trace amounts to about. 500 if we see anything at all puts san jose at a high of 69 degrees for the peninsula. Half moon bay, 61 and a warmer 69 in palo alto. San francisco, 60s across the board. For the north bay, east bay and tri valley, a mix of temperatures here. Generally, low 60s around mill valley. And then up towards napa, 67. For the east bay, you see well go as warm as 70 in walnut creek and the tri valley, 67 in danville. Once we get over saturdays forecast, the heavier rainfall as we head into sunday. So heres how things play out right now on the time line. Saturday evening, we get rainfall developing near santa rosa, also point rays. Then the cold front really starts to invigorate. We start to see the winds pick up by 6 30 in the morning on sunday. Those heavier pockets lining up off shore. And remember, the yellow and the orange, thats more intense rainfall. That certainly would be coming down a lot harder and it looks like some of that heavier rain will be moving in 8 00 and 9 30 sunday morning. Totals a quarter to half inch on average. But i do think the north bay and also the northern coastline could maybe see three quarters of an inch, possibly isolated oneinch amounts. Thats generally what were looking at for some of the heaviest rainfall. 6 00 to 9 30 sunday morning. After that, scattered isolated thunderstorms into sunday afternoon around 1 00. And then eventually well see things move out as we head into sunday evening. Now the other thing i do not want you to get caught off guard by is the sierra. It looks like the storm system will be colder, so we are looking at 1 to 4 inches around 5,000 feet. At the task level, of to 12 inches. Prepare for winter conditions at highway 50. Dry weather for halloween during the day. A shower possible by 10 00 p. M. In the evening. Well see a chance of scattered showers into tuesday morning. And then dry weather returns as we head into wednesday. The same rain chances inland, and cool 60s at least for the next four days.
