The transcripts will reveal the evidence investigators have against Garcia Torres. Both sides were against the move, especially the defense. All of these potential jurors are now going to know what Garcia Torres knows and what the police have and they are going to start asking why isnt he talking. If he has information, why hasnt he come forward if he didnt do this . The defense is expected to ask the judge to move the trial outside of santa clara county, something prosecutors dont want because it would delay the case even longer. Lamar was last seen leaving her home for school in 2012. Her body has never been found. One of two men accused of running a sex listing website is now in custody after missing a Court Appearance this morning. He appeared in court later in the afternoon after a judge issued a bench warrant. He claims he had the date wrong for his appearance. He is one of two men the fbi say ran the website. Federal agents raided his home wednesday, both men are accused of facilitating prostitution and laundering more than 5 million. Jurors headed home for the weekend with no verdict in the bryan stow civil trial against the dodgers. If you recall, he was attacked outside Dodger Stadium on Opening Night back in 2011. Stows attorneys argue the dodgers were negligent in providing Adequate Security that could have prevented the beating. Today they finally got the votes, a unanimous vote, as you say, from the board for a 76 billion metal net to hang beneath the bridge. Its going to be below both sides of the bridge. It will take three years to build, a cost of 76 million, funded by the state, federal government, and caltrans, the last 20 million from the Golden Gate Bridge authority, which for years resisted using toll money for a barrier. There was a lot of feeling that the bridge is iconic, untouchable. Reporter one assemblyman accounted some of the resistance hes faced over decades and family maybes of those who have jumped talked about what the lack of the barrier cost them. I lost my 17yearold daughter kasie. This is a picture of him saying goodbye three minutes before he jumped off the bridge. My son was on the bridge for five hours. I feel theres so much trauma in this room. Reporter more than a dozen spoke, all with the same plea to prevent future deaths, prevent future families going through what were going through. Michelle roberts is lye at the coliseum with what went wrong and apparently two days ago we were talking about a tenyear lease and now were not. Reporter well, the Oakland City Council says the coliseum is home, its good for the economy, good for the community to have them here. City council says they are excited about this tenyear lease, but they want to make sure they get it right and say more kinks need to be ironed out and the vote was premature. The coliseum may ultimately be the home of the as for the next ten years, but the deal that was supposed to be finalized today isnt final after all. The joint Powers Authority couldnt vote on the deal. The members of the Oakland City Council wanted our negotiators to go back to the as and see whether or not they could get some clarity on whether or not the as were willing to give them some issues. Reporter City Council Member larry reid says he cant elaborate on the issues he has with the plan, but they are so important he didnt show up for the vote this morning. Because the Lease Agreement is not completed yet. Reporter he says the negotiations with the team are progressing, but the future home of the as is in the air. Three other people on the Oakland Alameda county Coliseum Authority boycotted todays vote, as well, meaning the board didnt have a quorum and couldnt take a vote. We want the as to stay, the raiders to stay, but weve got to have them to stay on a business deal that makes sense for all the parties. Reporter Chris Dobbins agrees and plans to vote yes on the tenyear lease. He wants the as to know the team is welcome, despite the delays. 700 jobs generated, the raiders bring in over 1,200 jobs per game. We know we need them, so we think, im confident the deal will get done. Reporter and earlier this week, the as released a statement saying they hope the deal would be finalized by the end of the week. Obviously, they are going to have to wait longer. I think its become more of an International Issue and so while weve seen a lot of domest domestically, theres room internationally. Little bit warm south of downtown. Well see mid to upper 70s there for sunday and 90s in reach for our inland valleys as we finish off the weekend. Right now, quite cool in San Francisco. 66 degrees in the fog around the Golden Gate Bridge, 77 right now in san jose. You can see the commute kind of slowing down around San Francisco due to the fog, but the trivalley, temperatures earlier today close to 80 degrees, but right across the Golden Gate Bridge, you can see it, 63 right now with our first pitch forecast staying right about in that range with the strong winds, 15 to 25 miles per hour. The sunday game out there in the early afternoon should be quite warm, too, for the giants. Those numbers also in the 70s as the pride weekend continues. Strong winds as those begin to shut down, our temperatures are going to start to come up. Air quality not too bad, but as the sea breeze wears off, spare the air days monday and tuesday of next week. Sunday, things heating up. Satellite radar view shows you things are dry across california now. The big area of low pressure here in the gulf of Alaska Holding its position. High pressure is going to block it off and we will see the typical morning low clouds and fog then retreating back to the coast tomorrow. In fact, should see more sun on the coast tomorrow, which is the reason why coastal areas should see the highs begin to climb into the 70s, maybe not so much for tomorrow, but more of that by the time we get into sunday, so heres the pattern for the next four days, peaking, i think, monday and tuesday of next week. See there on the seven day forecast, 90s in the valleys as early as sunday, that should last for places like the trivalley through tuesday. By wednesday closer to the fourth of july, that area of low pressure begin to approach the coast. Thats going to lead to some cooling and as the sea breeze turns stronger by next wednesday and thursday, inland temperatures begin to drop off back into the 70s and 80s. For tomorrow, close to 80 in san jose. Saturday, cooler of the two weekend days as we look at some of those locations around san jose, weve been seeing, again, those areas around san jose today, 70s, tomorrow, low 80s, by sunday mid to upper 80s around parts of the south bay. Mid 60s closer to San Francisco. North bay, highs in the mid 80s. Pleasanton and livermore, mid 80s tomorrow and by the time we get towards sunday, low 90s for livermore, upper 90s in the forecast come tuesday.
