Reporter thats the plea from the family of a 14yearold who police say shot and killed his 17yearold sister in their oakland apartment yesterday afternoon. 14yearold Mario Tolliver seen here in a picture from his Facebook Page has been on the run since the deadly shooting. Hes 14 years old. We are treating him as armed and dangerous. We have not recovered the gun that was used in the homicide. Its unclear what led to the shooting that left justice, who has a 2yearold daughter, dead. Their cousin says 14yearold mario has a baby, too. And both siblings had plenty of challenges. But, he says, they loved each other. Only mario knows. Thats why we hope he comes home. And hopes he turns himself in so we can get the full story from him. Because only he actually knows what happened. But what i know is that it wasnt over laundry. Reporter a very difficult situation for this family who has lost one Family Member and fears that they may lose another. Again, as of now, the 14yearold remains on the loose tonight. San francisco General Hospital just released a list of new security and safety improvements. The changes are in response to the death of lynn spalding, a patient who disappeared from her hospital room and was found dead in a rarely used stairwell weeks later. The new changes include improving door alarms and emergency stairwells. They now need to be deactivated with a key. Two sheriffs deputies will now be on site at the hospital every day. Theres also a new patient tracking system. Several agencies have signed off on these changes. Cal osha has been called to investigate a construction next the twin peaks neighborhood. Three workers seriously injured. The men were working on a home around 9 30 in the morning when the scaffolding attached to the house fell, causing them to hit the pavement 25 feet below. They were taken to the hospital. Two are said to have potentially lifethreatening injuries. The third is listed in serious condition. They were hired to do roofing work, however a building inspector tells us they didnt have the appropriate permits to be working on that house. Bill dell monty turned 108 years old this week. He was just 3 months old when the earthquake and ensuing fire basically leveled San Francisco. He now lives in a retirement home in greenbrae where the fire chief met him for lunch. A steak and a glass of scotch. He recalled the moment after the quake when he was just an infant. My mother, the kitchen, she put the tablecloth, wrapped it around me and a bundle and put it on a cart. We went down broadway street to the ferry. Wow. There was fire on both sides of the street. He says hes not planning to attend the upcoming ceremony to mark the 108th anniversary of the earthquake. So the chief and dell monty recorded a video message that will be shown at the ceremony at the fountain on Market Street this april. The only other survivor of the quake is 112 years old. This is the hard one to put together after all our recordsetting heat. Looks like next tuesday and wednesday, some of the early projections are showing possibly temperatures in the trivalley that could go close to 80 degrees by next wednesday. So while were going to be going a little bit up and then down again this weekend, its going to get a lot hotter for next week and then something i know a lot of you want as we push ahead towards that forecast. Our next possible chance of rain, we cant go through this forecast and not highlight this. By monday, we get some storm systems like out here in the pacific. By all indications, most of them misses through next week. Tuesday and wednesday. But by thursday, well see an area of rain beginning to drop down.
