You, kris. This is connected to the case last summer where Draymond Green was arrested for allegedly assaulting a Michigan State football player. We show you this video from a News Conference that took place a couple minutes ago in los angeles. If you remember, green was arrested for assaulting wayne edmondson. He was assaulted outside a bar in east lansing, michigan. Ed m edmonton is seen alongside his girlfriend following a lawsuit of bullying and misleading statements by green that the family says has negatively impacted them. Green only paid a 560 fine last year. Clearly thats not enough for d edmo edmondson and his girlfriend. He explained back in july there was actually two altercations he had with the nba star. The first one, green allegedly choked him and his girlfriend after bumping into him at a bar on the Michigan State campus. For those not aware, green is a famous alumni of Michigan State university. Edmondson said he approached green the other night. He was out with some friends celebrating his birthday and saw green and decided to talk to him about that previous incident, to which he claims green responded by punching him in the face. Heres edmondson and his girlfriend bianca speaking this morning at a News Conference. I dont understand why my name has turned into this joke. You get all the credit for being a superstar and standing up for women. I want to be able to move on with my life, but i need Draymond Green to admit what happened and that bianca and i did consult the authorities. Its skaerg for us to spe to speak out against somebody as rich and powerful as Draymond Green, but we do not want this to happen to anyone else. They reached out to the warriors and said, quote, this threatened lawsuit relates to an incident that occurred in east lansing, michigan over a year ago for which draymond paid a noise violation fine. They have no further comment at this time. She wants green to show some accountability for this incident, but she said theyre only seeking compensation for what a judge sees fair. Compensation and perhaps some accountability. Thanks, pete. Take a good look at this surveillance picture.
