Construction actually began about just over a week ago and outside this tent they have already got a lot of the dirt, dug up a lot of cranes out here to start that foundation work. These are some architectural renders. This is going to be a state of the art facility. Sports and Entertainment Center is what it is being billed as that will encompass 11 acres. The arena will hold 15,000 fans. The project will include 600,000 square feet of office space and a 5 1 2 acre park. Privately financed by the team. The team is not using city of San Francisco or taxpayer money and it was supposed to be open in time for the 20192020 season. As you were alluding to, sam, the San Francisco board of supervisors actually approved this arena project back in december of 2015. That was over a year ago. But a group called the Mission Bay Alliance sued to block the construction. The alliance is made of donor to the nearby ucsf campus along with physicians and faculty who work here. They are concerned that the crowds at the warriors games would hurt Emergency Response times and make access difficult to the medical center. Were already starting to see those spotty light showers just offshore, well to the north and west of us. And the cloud cover will continue to increase as we go through today. And the National Weather service has already issued a wind advisory as we get ready for the storm. All of these areas, pretty much the whole bay area will be under a wind advisory as we are expecting southerly winds at 40 to 50 miles an hour. This is the way it plays out on our computer model. It shows by 1 30 tomorrow afternoon, winds at Half Moon Bay will be at 37 miles an hour starting to pickup in the north bay, too. And then the stronger winds start to transport inland where we will start to see those gusts up to 32, possibly 40 miles an hour once again, san jose seeing those wind speeds close to 30 miles an hour. And then the winds calming down late tomorrow night into the start of the day on thursday. Going hour by hour for the rain time line, we will start to see the clouds increasing during the evening commute and then throughout the day tomorrow we start out with a few spotty showers at 5 00 in the morning. And then as we go through the day, startsing to see a little bit more rain, but much of it in the north bay becoming more widespread into the afternoon and during the evening commute, and thats when we will see the main impact with some stronger cells passing by late tomorrow night as the brunt of the storm moves in and this is in advance of a cold front that will bring in also some strong winds and that heavy rain. Looking farther down the line, we will see another round of rain moving in on friday. It looks like it will be early in the day and a lot of snow for the sierra. They may be a break saturday afternoon before the next storm system moves in on sunday. So, three storms expected during this time frame and the potential of a couple of inches of rain at least. This model shows we will have anywhere from two to possibly three to 4 inches of rain for the north bay, and that is also where we will have a high level for those creeks and rivers.
