Its width the same as the ipad air. Weighs 1. 5 pounds. Its 22 times faster than the original ipad. Has four speaker audio. Its compatible, a new apple pencil. Electr you can digitally draw and write on the ipad. Its worth noting that apple founder steve jobs was not a fan of the electronic pen. Privacy advocates point out this is the danger of back doors. Governments want to look into our i phones and computers and l luggage. It asked corporations for a secret pass key. San francisco is going by 10,000 people every year and he system needs more stops, maybe even another tube or the gridlock will get worse. We know the central subway is on track to be done in a few years. It will be the highest ridership line of any of the lines. We need to make sure that the central subway is extended north. Many riders agree hoping a subway expansion will help keep everyone moving. The big question is always how much is it going to cost. A question city leaders will now explore. Anyone can run for president. Anyone. You going to run for president . Not today. Not very popular today. Im not going to get votes when i give you this forecast. When you see these temperatures, im not popular. Im just the messenger. Here is a look at yesterdays high. It was 104 degrees in morgan hill. Concord and napa 100. This was yesterday. It could be even hotter today. We only had two spots that set new records. If you can believe it, San Francisco downtown, the record was 101. We made it to 95. Were very close. Looking at what it feels like right now, its in the 80s, mid 70s in San Francisco. A very weak onshore flow in the north day. Its 81. Heading up to 99 degrees. In San Francisco, a high of 95. 97 in the east bay. I know you dont like me right now. Thats okay. As we look at the hour by hour forecast in livermore, lunchtime, 95 degrees. Then we stay over 100 degrees for several hours. By 6 00, its still 99 degrees. A lot of sunshine. Clear skies tonight. 4 00 in the morning, there we go, feeling a little bit more comfortable. Of course, no one will be out there. Look now at point reyes. We see a layer of fog across the beach. With that, we can tell that there is at least a little bit of a difference as far as our wind direction. Coming in from the west. That onshore flow is very weak. And not enough to help cool us off for the inland areas. Also for the rip currents, they will be possible, especially for those south and southwest facing beaches. If you head out to the beach, keep that in mind. Keep a close eye on the family and friends and also the pets as they head into the water. Its going to be 87 today in pacifica. In santa cruz, 95 degrees today. At the boardwalk, as we saw yesterday, the highs topping out in the 90s. The offshore winds continue in a very weak onshore flow. That keeps temperatures from 100 to 105 degrees from today through friday. No changes immediately. But we are watching something that may change that weather as we head into the weekend. This is hurricane linda. It tips continues to weaken. Into the next couple of days it may create more moisture and a slight chance of rain for the bay area. That may be between saturday and sunday into the start of next week. It will help cool us off but increase the humidity. Our highs go from the triple digits to the 90s. When you throw in the humidity, its going to feel very uncomfortable. We keep this hot weather for the next several days. A look at all the microclimates and temperatures in the 80s and 90s, at least San Francisco gets enough of a flow to bring it back to the mid 70s. It will be 90 on saturday in the north bay. 98 in the trivalley and 92 in the south bay as we head into sunday. Expect more of this hot weather. I guess we just better get used to it for now.
