The Santa Clara CountyDistrict Attorney decided not to charge mcdonald after the first allegation of Domestic Violence. Nor for a separate alleged Sexual Assault in san jose. That was in december. This mornings arrest does put his future with the Chicago Bears in question. He was released by the niners last december after his second arrest. Mcdonald hired an attorney who told nbc bay area that there was video proof that that second sexual encounter was clearly consensual and that mcdonald had planned on suing the accuser. This morning, we also spoke with mcdonalds mother lebrina, from florida. She said she knew nothing about the new arrest and said, im not dealing with any more of this negative stuff. The source also telling me that mcdonald has been completely misrepresented in the situations. That he does tend to go out a lot and have fun, but hes never gotten violent.
