They planned for seven years then climbed the vertical face of al cap for 19 days with only their fingers and toes and those ropes only to keep them safe from falling to their deaths. Speaking to the today show this morning, yorgson said he hopes their feat inspires others. We have been thinking a lot about what is it about this climb that is capturing everyones attention. I think what the opportunity is for everyone to find their own dawn wall, if you will. We had our project that we saw through to the end. Whats yours . On the biggest bragging day of his life his partner Tommy Caldwell lost his voice all together, but previously has said that for him, dawn wall was about the values of optimism perseverance, dedication and the importance of dreaming big. After a little champagne celebration at the top, the duo climbs back down, which only took two to three hours and they celebrated with friends and family and got a hot shower. They said this morning the 19 days on the rocks, not all grueling. They said there were times they relaxed and stretched and recovered. To spend it in their tents. They cooked hot meals. Scott, they even sipped a little whiskey and streamed videos on netflix. San jose police say the owner accepted a 60day suspension of his Entertainment Permit and will also get a 60day suspension from alcohol beverage control. That means that concert scheduled for this friday is now canceled. All people who were shot are going to survive. No one has been arrested. And we have new details in a scary scene that played out at a bay area mall. A car plowed into the macys in newark injured six people this morning. The store already back open. If she hadnt gone to the second Floor Department robin would have been in the area right around the same time when the blue car crashed through. I got home and i got to thinking. I thought, wow, im glad i was held up. Up there. I said, that could have been me. You could have gone downstairs to go back to your car. Yeah because i always exit that way. Really i think everybody does. In all, six people were injured. Authorities say a 63yearold woman suffered some sort of medical issue while driving by jumped the curb and went 50 feet into the store before hitting the brakes. The most critically wort was a han on the sidewalk. The store had to close for the rest of the day. Given the time of the crash, responders say it could have been far worse. It what 5 00. There were a lot of people in the store. We could have been dealing with a lot more injured people. The store promptly opened at 10 00 with workers inspecting the damage. Robin is back buying the coat today, and seeing how luckily she is. God had a hand on me. Now, back here live at macys, repairs are under way here to fix that entrance but the store is open for business. At last check, the man that was hit on the sidewalk is still in critical condition.
