And the reason it happened is really cool. Its only because of the determination of his daughter and the compassion of Law Enforcement across the country. Reporter june says when she was a little girl and many young men in her town left to fight in world war ii, her father did his part by filling a need at the local police department. She, it turns out, has been fighting a bit of a battle herself ever since then. One, she is happy to say, has a happy ending. All right. This his wallet. Reporter of all the things june still has of her father, not every one fits neatly into a bag. This is his draft card. Reporter to this day, theres one june proudly wears for all to see.
