All about this Atmospheric River that looks like it could stay in place for about a threeday period, again, helping to boost our rainfall totals. We will zoom in, get a look. Definitely looks a lot worse that in is at least right now. Mainly light rainfall. Things will start to pick up the way we see it by 7 00 tomorrow morning with areas of heavier rainfall for the north bay, San Francisco, the east bay, and possibly for the south bay. Now, as this storm rolls in, it tea going to heighten our flooding threat. By sunday night. Thats what i want everybody to understand. Bottom line on this. River flooding highest by sunday night, early monday. Here are the rivers we are watching. Russian, napa, and guadalupe river. Key indication here of how high this water will go, see in the napa river. Likely to 1 feet by sunday night. That would surpass flood stage. So the napa river, spot where d. Update in eight minutes.
