He was drunk, really drunk and he was bleeding. So i took the paper towel from the room and i offered him, he said no, i didnt need that. Reporter he says he called 911 because miller was bleeding and vomiting. I was scared because he was a big guy and he had blood and everything. I knew he must have been in a fight or involved in something due to the alcohol. Reporter while miller was sitting on the steps at the travel lodge police were searching for the football player. Across the street at the marriott. Guests saying on the second floor say they were startled awake around 2 45, a man was yelling in the hall saying he couldnt find his room. I was afraid. The assault happened hours after miller posted this picture on instagram saying sundays are for boys, an outing that ended with miller in handcuffs and without a job. The police say the 70yearold man and his son were taken to the hospital to be treated for their injuries. Miller is out of jail tonight and hes facing a long list of possible charges. Tonight on east bay, mayor is once again demanding the state do more to keep roads safe after gunmen had another shooting this past Holiday Weekend on the freeway. There have been nearly 30 shootings in the bay area since november, the latest on 880 in oakland yesterday. Now, the mayor of hercules has asked the state for 2 million for cameras along several of the freeway. In our proposal with license plate readers on and off ramps, we would have been able to capture the license plate. The cameras are part of the problem. The cameras will solve this occurring. It is going to be a deterrent. The most recent happened at 5 00 near the high street off ramp. The driver of a silver mercedes hit two cars on the freeway and opened fire.
