Very obviously there was a release of the memo that said that clearly there was problems with africanamerican and latino inmates in the jail and then after that, there was another memo that said lets release them all out together and did not give a reason to withdraw the other policies there. I think thiss a crisis of leadership. I think we need change immediately. In response the Sheriffs Department said, quote, this was not an abrupt change of policy. We were advised by experts to allow inmates more prom time out of their as well and we have been doing that out of the cell.
