That type of precipitation falls literally just below the radar. The more significant rain drops associated weather systems that are much stronger will stay on the north. That should be the case through about tuesday. The jet stream moves further to the north. At least through about tuesday afternoon. So in the meantime as the rain stays in the north areas of fog, then that dry pattern should hold up through about tuesday afternoon. For tomorrow morning. Some of the inland valleys where the fog may linger, well stay a bit cooler. Upper 50s to the low 60s. Throw mid 60s around san jose. San francisco seeing those low clouds. Reporter we found Law Enforcement officers failing to appear in court, costing the court, the county and the cities both time and money. Forgetting is not good cause. Motion to dismiss is granted. Reporter and our analysis of traffic Court Records found the biggest problem with the redwood city chp division, the San Jose Police department and the San Jose Division of the chp. Thats an easy question. Yes. Definitely, is the message going to be a little bit stronger . I think all theyre going to have to do is turn the television on. When you have these number, a bil bit of a wakeup call . I think for us, when we look at the numbers provided, we recognize we need to do a better job. All part of an incredible effort to rescue these ancient creatures stranded on cape cod bay in historic numbers. This be this almost a block. This should be nice and krps and white. These red marks . These are injuries. It should be solid. Some have holes in their shells. Many have pneumonia. You can their wheezing. Yeah. Thats not good. Almost all are malnourished and suffering from hypothermia. Some of these turtles are coming in at 45 or 50 degrees. Sea turtles become the temperature of the water. At this time of year cape cod bay is cold. At high tide on a blustery rainy morning, they comb the beach for turtles. You can see it pushing in. The beach is in the crook of the arm some 2,000 miles from where they begin their journey in mexico. Riding the warm waters of the gulf stream all the way up to cape cod bay. Normally 90 sea turtles strand on that cape. This year it is 1,200 and counting. Most are the critically endangered ridley turtle. No one knows why. It is hard to believe. It shows conservation efforts are working. 2 years ago in 2012, this year class of turtles left the beach. There were 600,000. That was the most baby ridleys ever leaving the beach. More than 80 survived and are sent back to the gulf of mexico. We feel everyone we make here could make a huge difference. Nbc news, quincy, massachusetts. Big effort there. Right now, the storm track way to the north. The next chance of significant rainfall should hold off until about midday wednesday. This is High Pressure turned stronger. At least through about tuesday afternoon. Underneath this ridge of High Pressure, theyll to have watch out for that patchy fog. Especially toward the north and east bay valleys. Mid 60s around san jose. Low 60s around the north bay. These temperatures, not changing a whole lot. We should stay mostly in the low 60s. Then well see it again. The inside slider system that is over the ridge. This will bring as you chance of rain and much cooler air following that cold front that sweeps through. This will bring down afternoon highs.
