At least five people are dead and three more missing after Severe Weather triggers devastating flooding in the plains. Four bodies were found in washington county, texas, alone after nearly two feet of water flooded the area in just a few hours. Three people were in their cars when flood waters swept them away. While the town of bandera, torrential downpours led to widespread damage. One man and son were trying to leave an rv park when they were swept off the highway by flood waters.
