Also this all happened right out in the open just outside a miami park but that also means surveillance cameras caught the whole thing. This morning, miami police are searching for the woman in this newly released Surveillance Video seen opening fire on three people saturday night. Shooter dressed in white reining up behind the group. One of the victims quickly hands over her purse and cell phone but the suspect opens fire anyway. The victims then frantically toss their cell phones and wallets to the ground and scatter and run for their lives. You even see the suspect pick up the belongings but still she fires again. Shooting eight rounds in total. The victims handled over the property and the female offender still shot them. Reporter all three victims were hit by the flying bullets. Witnesses then rushed to their i took my shirt off and i applied pressure to his chest. Reporter and police are still searching for that suspect saying she was a passenger in a white or silver chrysler sedan. Someone so young crying out for help. I dont know if we helped him enough. Reporter one of the victims a 12yearold boy suffered a gunshot wound to the stomach. He was rushed into surgery but is recovering this morning. The other is a 17yearold male and 20yearold woman luckily arrived from honduras the very day of the shooting. He is now in stable condition but the shooter still is out there and police dont believe she acted alone. So a big investigation in miami going on right now, david. Really difficult to see. The 93yearold suing two of his exgirlfriends alleging elder abuse and Mara Schiavocampo has more. Reporter good morning. That suit is also and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Saying that those women were in ka hoots to take advantage of one of the most powerful men in media leaving his pocketing a lot lighter and his heart much heavier. This morning, an explosive new lawsuit. 93yearold billionaire media mogul Sumner Redstone suing two former girlfriends for what he claimed was a calculated scheme to take his money. In the 31page lawsuit redstone, viacom and cbs, claims that starting in 2010, 53yearold manuela herzer, a former girlfriend and 45yearold sydney holland, his girlfriend at the time, joined forces to install themselves in his estate plan and secure fantastic wealth upon his passing. Moving into his home, the suit claims, isolating him from friends and family. Firing longtime staff and draining his accounts. This lawsuit is remotely consistent with reality or the facts as they are today. Reporter in 2014, alone the pair allegedly charging thousands on his credit cards every day. Including more than 750,000 on interior design services. 128,000 at barneys and 82,000 the hermes. The suit claiming when all was taken more than 150 million in five years. At one point convincing redstone to sell all of his vested Stock Options and later that same day redstone made two transfers, 45 million each to personal Bank Accounts of holland and herzer. He wants every penny back. He wants all of the money that he gifted, gifted, in quotes to ms. Herzer and ms. Holland, he returned. The suit says redstone now also has a huge tax bill related to the womens spending. Redstone is seeking undisclosed compensatory damage, punitive damages and legal fees. We did reach out to hollands lawyer but did not get a response. A lot of explosive allegations. Seems like he has a good case . Theres a huge disparity poorer communities, and were up on 124th street in harlem, and if you were to go 25 blocks south of here to where i grew up, you would see that the cancer rates are completely different. I think people feel that if theyre going to come here, they may survive and feel better. Reporter the center was established in 2003 after a meeting between davids father, fashion Icon Ralph Lauren, and renowned physician, dr. Herold freeman. The story that dr. Freeman tells is he expected to leave and wait for weeks or months for ralph lauren to respond, and at the end of the meeting, my dad just turned to him and said im in. What do you need . How much . And dr. Freeman gave him a number, and my father said, great. Were going to support it and he has ever since. When i walked in, i felt that comforting facility, and i learned Something Else and it gets back to the idea of trust. What is a crowd pleasing dish i can make for my roommates at home . A crowd pleasing dish for roommates. Chicken. Chicken goes a long way. It is an inexpensive protein. Its wildly available. Theres thighs and drumsticks for people who like a darker meat. Theres breasts if youre looking to make it lean. It runs the gamut and this is an easy recipe for you, one of my buildable dishes, chicken with citrus and herb butter, a compound butter you can have in your freezer really fast so you can get it on the table roommates because theyre going to stay forever. What carla has is carrots, butternut squash. You can buy it cubed and makes it easy, pumpkin, sweet potato. Any root veggie would be great. Rachael, can you put stuff on a pan . Yes. Okay, good. A Little Olive Oil and salt and pepper and thats it. Dont overcrowd the pan so you can put it on two sheets if you want to. Throw that in a 400 degree oven until tender, half an hour. Done. Okay . Rachel, you two are over already eating over here. Thats why i love this woman. You need to show rachel its edible after. Rachel, can you heat a skillet . Yes. Can you salt and pepper some chicken . A little bit. A little bit. This is a whole chicken. You can get your butcher to break it down so youre not wasting anything. Breasts in first. Everything goes in skin side down and again make sure not to overcrowd the pan. Its going to go five minutes. Make sure you use an oven safe skillet because after its golden brn like this, were going to add some fresh orange juice. Oh, yes. Theres nothing super like crazy about this recipe but it will feel unique because it has these interesting bright flavors you might not have combined before. Orange and oregano and goes in your 400 degree oven where your root reggies were and when it comes out, the chicken is totally done like robin is testing over here. You take the remaining little bit of chicken fat and orange juice and reduce about a cup of white wine, i know you got that around your house, and now heres where you get the hallelujah moment. Compound butter, this is citrus, chive and oregano. Same ingredients, toss that right into come on. Its for the roommates. Give a little extra. Stir that into your sauce and this gets ladled over your beautiful chicken dish. Dinner is done and great and buildable for kids. If you can do that, im moving in with you. You and the kids, man. Theres room. Theres room. Michael, clinton, its your turn. Before you get started we have a quick question from emilio in th whats your question . When i make that it comes out really dry. Pretty chewy. Happens to the best of us. It does. It does. Its probably because youre doing boneless chicken breast which can dry out really easily. Right from the supermarket. Thats it. So well show you how to use bone in chicken thighs, they do not get dry and well do them in a braise which really infuses moisture into the chicken, so super easy. A little salt, a little pepper in your flour and make sure you do that, season your flour and can i help . Yes. Come on, stra, mix it up. There you go. Dip one of those chicken thighs in there. Get it dredged. Theyre dredging. He said dip. There you go. Dip you did. Shake off the excess, skin side down in the pan. Skin side down. Your other skin side. And then you put about three or four of those in the pan. Dont overcrowd the pan or else they wont get brown. Thank god youre pretty. Im trying. Im trying to help. Shes over here eating. You want me to go to her all right. So once these are brown, take them out, set them aside and take it away. Then over here, in the pan with all this stuff you put a little bit of carrot, celery, onions and a little herb, rosemary and tarragon or thyme and throw that in. You add a pinch of salt, and you sweat them out till they look like this. Thats all the good stuff. To that were going to add some garlic. Cook it out, white wine. Get to the wine. Stock of the chicken. And now these ones that we browned up, we didnt let stra do them because that was just a nightmare. Put these back in. They go right in . Right in and this is a braised so its stay moist and delicious. Oh, wait. Look at you. Time to fly away. Everybody. 1 00 eastern right here on abc for the chew.
