For days donald trump has largely stayed away from Hillary Clintons Health Issues but overnight trump questioned clintons stamina as trump says hell release his physical results but that hasnt happened yet. Were likely to learn today more about one of the biggest mysteries from the campaign trail, Donald Trumps health. Why not share your medical records . Shes not releasing her full medical records but her campaign now says that the voters know nearly more about Hillary Clinton than anyone else in public life. Hillary clintons longtime physician gave her a clean bill of health saying the 68yearold nominee is fit to serve as president of the United States. The twopage medical update comes after that pneumonia dr. Lisa bardack says recent physical exam was normal and recovering well with antibiotics and rest. Clinton is also taking other medications including for her thyroid and allergies. Her doctor says her heart is healthy and that she is, quote, in excellent mental condition. On the campaign trail in her place, her husband bill told supporters clinton is feeling great after coming down with the flu. Think theres something unusual about getting the flu. Last time i checked millions of people were getting it every year. An aide later saying the former president misspoke. Clintons campaign under pressure to release more details about her health in the wake of that pneumonia diagnosis which her team kept secret for two days. Im feeling great. Reporter overnight daughter chelsea said even she was in the dark. I didnt even know she had pneumonia until she came over to that she didnt even tell me and i talk to my mom every day and fiercely close to her is pretty much reveals she thought it wasnt a big deal and that she could keep going. Reporter clintons running mate tim kaine calls the scrutiny over her health a double standard. Her Campaign Says shes been spending her time at home sharpening her final arguments. Well hear them when she hits the trail headed to north ca well bring in dr. Richard besser and take a closer look at the candidates medical information, both of them. We saw Hillary Clinton release more of hers. Youve seen it. Whats your sense . You know, it wasnt medical records. It was a medical report. But when you combine what was released last summer with what was released now, you get a pretty detailed picture of her medical condition. You know her family history. You know the medical problems that shes had over time, how they were managed and what some of those critical issues. You know she had another ct scan after her clot and that her brain looked normal. You have followup on her pneumonia, on her thyroid condition. Its the kind of detailed report as a doctor i would expect to receive from another doctor who is referring me a patient and its enough for me to assess the statement by her campaign shes fit to be president. And as we heard shes going to be back on the campaign trail. We saw vail out in front of her in chappaqua where shes been resting. Given the t she had enough rest. Well, you know, as a doctor i always want my patients to stay home longer than theyre willing to stay home. Given that shes in the midst of a president ial campaign, i can understand her not staying home longer. Well have to see what kind of energy she has when she gets out there. What they found on her when they evaluated her pneumonia they did a ct scan which is unusual for pneumonia and did that because they were following up on her heart and found her pneumonia in the middle part of one of her lungs. And so its not a major pneumonia across all of her lungs and on antibiotics for ten days and see how shes doing. We know donald ump went on dr. Oz. Hasnt aired yet but is there anything we can take away from what dr. Oz said. What we heard from dr. Oz, he believes donald trump is in great physical condition and had a lot of test, an ekg, a hes a little bit overweight but i want to see whats released publicly. What medical problems has he had over his life. How are they being managed. What medicines is he on . Well see what comes out publicly. Thanks very much. Now lets bring in jon karl who will look at the latest polling. Its clear that donald trump has some momentum now. Two months to go and see a consistent tightening of polls. But donald trump has the momentum. Take a look at this new poll from quinnipiac university. Hillary clinton with a fivepoint lead. But in this very same poll she had a tenpoint lead just last month and when you factor in the Third Party Candidates and they will be on the ballot, her lead evaporates, just two points within the margin of error, essentially a tie race. Whats so important the Electoral College in those battleground states where youve seen the same trend there as well especially in the last two weeks trump pulling ahead. Absolutely. Take a look at brandnew polls in two of the most important states, george. First of all, the state of florida. Donald trump now up three points, thats within the margin of error but again with the momentum and then in the state of ohio, and weve seen this in several polls trump now with a fivepoint lead. Now, the electoral map still favors Hillary Clinton, no question, even if he wins all of the battleground states, he states that Hillary Clinton has a lead. The most likely, pennsylvania, but no republican has won pennsylvania since all the polls there show hes pretty well behind. Meantime, more of these colin powell emails coming out and shows real irritation at Hillary Clinton. Some disdain at times for bill clinton saves his fire for donald trump. Heres a new one. On the issue of donald trump trying to get africanamerican support, he says, this is colin powell writing, he takes us for he can never overcome what he tried to do with obama with his search for the birth certificate hoping to force obama out of the presidency. Reporter we are seeing videos and reports pop up of other Samsung Phones burning or exploding and while the South Korean Electronics giant has been slow in offering information it did respond overnight to these new reports. For the first time this morning we see a Samsung Phone bursting into a smoky, fiery mess according to the owner. Oh, my god. Reporter and that florida driver believes his samsung started burning in the passenger seat. The phone was plugged in then i see flames come up. Reporter but these the galaxy note 7. We have seen dozens of explosions and fires on nightstands and cars of those phones, even the company is telling candlelight vigils to power them down until theyre replaced. But does samsung have a broader battery problem . This morning the Consumer Product Safety Commission says its looking into some of the incidents that involve those other models. A mann california filed a lawsuit in new jersey saying it was a galaxy s7 that burned his in his pocket and a student at asu says his galaxy s6 exploded in his pocket. We asked samsung if there is a wider problem. Overnight a spokesperson says suggesting samsungs problems going beyond the note 7 are not true and says the battery problem is limited to that note 7. In south korea newspapers the Company Offered an apology and a time line for replacements even cash payments. But that was apparently only for customers in south korea. So when we asked samsung, would it print an apology in the u. S. And whether those remedies this south korea would apply to american citizens, the company said its been working with the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Thats all theyre saying. That 911 caller could very well have become another victim if not for moving quickly to pick up the phone leading police right to the suspect. Ive been abducted. Well begin now with the latest in that hot car murder trial where a father is accused of killing his child after leaving him in a sweltering car for hours. Its been going through jury selection for a second time. So hard to find impartial jurors. So many know about this story. Justin ross harris fighting for his freedom. Could get life in prison if he loses. He claims hes just like dozens who simply forgot that their children were still inside their cars. Well, now his attorneys are hoping they can find an impartial jury to hear his side. Children being left in hot cars. 5yearold found dead inside a car. Reporter the hearbreaking case blasted across national headline, Justin Ross Harris charged with murdering his 22monthold son cooper in june of 2014, accused of intentionally leaving him in a that jurors from the atlanta area were too biased against harris and agreed to move it 300 miles away to the other end of the state. O say that the juror questionnaires show a pervasive knowledge and extreme opinions that are negative to the defendant is, frankly, an understatement. This morning for a second time the process of finding 12 impartial jurors who havent already formed an opinion on this highprofile case is under way. Reporter today lawyers are closely questioning three panels of 36 potential jurors asking them about their knowledge of the case. Certainly media habits and even if theyre familiar with the hyundai tucson, the type of suv harris owned when his son died inside it. The 35yearold is pleading not guilty saying this was a tragic accident. Witnesses say he seemed genuinely upset when he discovered the child at the end of the workday. He kept saying what have i done . What have i done . This year says harris is not a murderer. Its important for her and coopers memory that his father didnt intentionally harm him, that this was an accident and that his father and his mother loved him immensely. Reporter but prosecutors say he was living a double life and say that while his son was dying outside, harris was sexting with a 16yearold and at least one other woman. While that baby was out there, he was showing pictures of his private parts to other people. Reporter and jury selection in this case is expected to last two weeks. The trial is scheduled to begin on october 3rd. George. Those are two very different issues. When it comes to the sexting i dont think that should be the make or break issue in this case. Bad guy. This guy is a tough guy to defend because regardless of what you think he was a bad guy. The most incriminating evidence against him is where he was on the internet. But in this case, be careful. Listen carefully when the evidence comes in about whether he was actually searching for particular topics or whether he ended up clicking on certain topics because he ended up there via a reddit nancy, you dont between dont quote me but i love it when you say things like that like somehow on your computer its just going to pop up all on its own. How hot does it have to be let me explain to you, nancy. There are certain things about the internet you apparently dont understand, okay. So lets say, for example, youre on reddit. School me, dan. Listen, its in austria, not in the United States but theyve been posting pictures without her concept for seven years over 500 photos. They are embarrassing photos talking about photos of her being changed in a diaper. Potty training photos. Photos and shes asked this emto stop repeatedly and they wont do it so in order to get some relief she went to court and i think we may be seeing those kinds of cases here in the United States, as well. How is it in the u. S. Right now about it. I always say our laws havent really caught up with technology but its evolving so this theory hasnt been tested in court but looked up one survey, on average, parents will post almost 1,000 photos of their Children Online before the child a thousand . 5 without their consent. I know for me i do post of my children but i ask them every single time. Is this okay . Is this okay . Because there are real dangers, i think, involved with posting pictures of your children and dont you want your child to have their online content and their sense of self managed by themselves. How do they give you concept if youre a year old . Well that is true. My children are older but, again, i think err on the side of caution. So, what theyre doing is theyre going through social media, and theyre trying to build a pattern of life on you, your family and your children and where your loved ones are going to be at a certain period of time, and sometimes i think we dont realize just how much information we give away about ourselves on social media. Can you give us an example of that . Sure, a good example is you say, my daughter goes to dance class at this place every saturday, and you take saturday at that dance class. Well, that gives a target fodder for going after that child. And this could be tough to investigate sometimes because so many of the scams originate overseas. And that is one of the biggest problems, because if some of the scams are happening in a country that will not work with the United States, well, the money is potentially lost that youve wired over. So, if you are a victim and that person is on the phone, do you keep them on the phone, do you record it . What do you do . Give us some tips of what we should do. So, what you want to do is the first thing you do is even though they say dont call law enforcement, you want to call law enfoement, you want to try to use another device to reach out to your loved ones, and its also extremely important that you take notes, you try to get is threatening you, and you also ask questions such as, can i talk to my loved one, and oftentimes when you get these phone calls, its going to come from a number that is not a number that you recognize.
