Reporter those plans are to try to get more locals and tourists to come down here and spend a good amount of time here. Thats not necessarily an easy task when you have a free mall ride that takes you from point there isnt incentive to hang out here. Its why the city is putting in these summer event plans. Theyll be held on weekends starting on the 25th of june. Theyre kind of like street fairs to give people a reason to come down here, and not necessarily use that mall ride. Last year they were on sundays. They moved them to 15th or 17th street to gee people to come down and stay here.
