I've now read a report that Trump is openly supporting the older Amendment which is also known as h.r. $302.00 now h.r. $302.00 is a horrific a horrific bill and fortunately because everybody the nation's attention right now is on the Kavanaugh issue is he going to be confirmed or not and that has been really just taking up the news there's been almost nothing about the order Amendment and that may be by design because the media which is left wing does not want anything to go wrong because it loves bills like h.r. 9392 you don't hear Democrats going out against it you know and I'll tell you why in just a 2nd but then I'll bring my guest on but anyway here's some of what h.r. 302 which now is an amendment as well so that if it gets. Voted down in the house as a bill it's already in the d.h.s.s. Is funny Bill is not going to come up the Trump doesn't want to come up until after the election you see they want you he wants you and he stated this many times to vote in his many Republicans impossible as possible and he said why not just because the Republicans but because he doesn't want to be impeached I understand that and I understand the concept behind that with many of my conservative colleagues and friends however I do not go along with that I think it's a very weak position for a president to say please vote Republican so I don't get impeached No that doesn't work for me I'm on order guy and not a tough guy but I just think that's a horribly weak position and I think that he should even be talking about being impeached I just don't think that that's presidential but that's another issue if he signs the d.h.s.s. Act is is a wonderful organization of Angel moms and dads who are 23 year old son Matthew was brutally killed on the August 20th 2011 I don't want to tell the whole story of course because she will do that and it's just a horrific crime that was committed against her son and her family since losing her son she has become an advocate for enforcement of our current immigration laws and to put Americans 1st and was one of the angel moms at that press conference back in June at the White House with President Trump from Massachusetts I believe a Marine Moloney welcome to Dave Levine show I think thanks for having me Tell us about your son Matthew. So Matthew was just 23 years old he was everything I can poke onus on he was obsessed and game law abiding he's finally he was the kind of person when he walked into the room his smile lit up the room. Back here just graduated from college maybe prior to his being year old and on August 20th he was driving home what is more of a cycle where residential areas feelings 20 miles an hour. And I drunk illegal alien who had a criminal record and had his father and son in the back of the truck ran through a stop sign and your cycle in the truck collided Matthew flew over the hood with chalk landed on the windshield rolled off and survived those initial injuries with just scrapes and abrasions but the illegal alien decided to play and when he did he ran Matthew over and dragged him a quarter of a mile to his death. Witnesses were banging on the truck pleading with him to stop and he dragged him a quarter of a mile he said he dragged him a quarter of a mile yet you know he was it was like it was all over the streets I still have a very difficult time driving in the area. Where the accident happened and you know Rimadyl you and it up at the end and want to ask you about that because not because I have a morbid curiosity but. Yeah and they're doing it for political reasons they want votes and it's funny because you know criminals in the past haven't been able to vote I guess there are some states that allow felons to vote now but when you think about it Criminals generally don't vote but so why would they if they want votes they want to be seen as being friendly to illegals I think that's pretty much the bottom line the illegal alien lobbyists lobbies such as. Maldef and and others were Aza they are a big part of the Democrat Party unfortunately you'll be nice because I used to be a Democrat as Democrat for about 25 years before I knew better and. That if you knew the difference between right and wrong well so this is what they claim to do and I just dance I understand Spanish if they're actually spoke. It which is an Ecuadorian language she's from Ecuador. So the courts jump notice and brought it into articles from all over the country they made it want to do a psychological about and wishing and had a separate one to interview with the Chinese and then a separate one to interview him and proceed with the trial Well we got to trial at the last minute they changed the judge on sort of running jobs that we didn't want to get out and see if he starts you know we're asking the questions about the trial. He said We realize that the defendant was speaking in Spanish and not in the Kashan language when the judge did speak school in Spanish had we not known that I mean this guy was told at least damning our judicial system he spoke Spanish along spoke Spanish that when the data is native language of action. What did the judge do is he just at the trial and Spanish then about why he even wanted to light any. And he had its banner so he ate. It could evaluate everything was being interpreted properly and defend it was used in a purpose into the questions but how long did this go on and was there put on trial Well the trial itself took a week and a half but when my son was killed and so when the trial unfold it was almost a 3 year process but it will just go into court at least once a month for motions and hearings and. You know things being delayed. And the other part of that is the defendant would get transported by the police to court because he had a right to be there his family during many of these hearings were brought in by police officers transported I'm pleased because they had no transportation Natalie that when it came to a lunch break they are launched out sure to get free food my husband and I have to pay all of our paid a parking lot across the street to have player restaurant to eat lunch. Where they are eagles as well. Is why is it we all his brother was even able to Brotherhood on the truck and they had a child that was born here in the us because it's a century scale even though maybe at that point it wasn't right it wasn't technically a sanctuary state dept it. Probably isn't doc yet if they were it's this The town is acting as a sanctuary down in this state leaves like this and shores. And believable just unbelievable. And they're still here I assume if they haven't been other like that yet well for others and sisters. He was never prosecuted for that by the way what happened to him so. And operating under the influence and he was sentenced to 12 to 14 years in jail. In Massachusetts you get 37 percent use reduced for good behavior and their behavior and kill anyone made or attacking the guards are inspectors of year so he should be getting out of jail next August or in the long and it was there and is there a detainer on him and I still teeter curious and I'm really hopeful that with President something obvious that he will be deported you know the other thing is he had his 5 year old son of the truck when he killed my son I mean can you imagine I bethought her kid having to witness everything that went on and it was totally his father who put him in that situation he put it don't want to miss his problem wrecking all day and driving drunk. Well I don't I mean I'm I'm really at a loss for words Marina I can ask a gazillion questions but it just comes down to the same issue for me which is. You know they don't belong here legally the Democrat Party wants them here and so do many members of the Republican Party because they have this idea that my guess is their fear of the Chamber of Commerce they're afraid that if they get tough I a legal immigration that they'll lose their donor money and that's a big gag and in the chamber not just the chamber. I mean there's all these forces against law and order Americans like you and 10 and and me and others what what else can we do I mean we have our trust in the president and in certain members of Congress like Steve King Pagosa are. And a few others in the house and not many in the Senate. What can we do beyond what we're doing in your opinion to get out and vote we need to on people in the beer beliefs watch our believes we need some irony we need what we can strong public. Senators. Up here I had Senator Wyden as my son and she has never gathered hosted multiple times but it's unusual for 8 but she's never been able to meet with me when. She say we need to get out and vote we need to support President Trump's. Immigration plan well the wall support our Border Control you know. On us whatever technology we have to secure that border like a slap in the entry exit the system that will after these people ever say these things because they aren't people it leads one to be easily Spiers in the times that he was. I believe we're going to miss her. Crisis that this is me I believe that. It was war and what we want to be employers that are normally employing illegal immigrants Yeah I'm glad you mentioned that word because there's a number of loopholes that were put in by who knows Ted Kennedy John McCain whoever it may have been in immigration law the Chamber of Commerce was writing laws for a for a Congress as well and that word knowingly is it's really makes it really tough for a prosecutor or prosecutors to go after employers which is what you were talking about earlier we must do it but they can't their hands are tied because they have to prove intent it's a very difficult thing so that word knowingly it be great if we had a Congress that would be willing to remove that word from immigration law but I don't think it's going to get done anytime soon so that we have to look at other ways of going after employers the trumpet administration has gone after some but very few and there are I believe millions of employers here millions of employers in the u.s. Not just thousands millions who are employing illegal aliens knowingly. And many unknowingly But you know somebody has a phony or stolen id chances are the person is here illegally just common sense and we know that the a.c.l.u. Of course is going to support and going to defend and other organizations like that we're going to defend illegals as much as they can to try to keep them in the country because that's those are their friends yeah and they eventually want them to be able to go and we have an issue here as you probably have heard in San Francisco not too far from me where they want to legalize to vote. Yeah and I think it's already happening in a city in Connecticut I'm not sure which one a local elections apparently aliens or illegal aliens can actually vote it's the national elections where they are not allowed to vote but at some point I'm sure they'll be a movement to get them to vote but anyway back to. As you probably know Lamar Smith who's retiring this share has had a number of the verify mandatory Eve era 5 bills on the docket and the most recent one is I believe it was 1147 anyway h.r. Levin 47 and it became part of the Gang of 4 amnesty bill which went down to defeat by 20 votes back in June 1 of the 2 amnesty bills that was defeated then and that's national mandatory. Even our fi. Provision in the Gang of 4 otherwise known as The Good Life Bill. Would have given employers 2 to 3 years I'm not sure which I heard it was 3 and I heard it was 2 so 2 to 3 years before they would have to comply which Don't you think it's kind of ridiculous a Marine shouldn't they have to comply immediately I mean what is there you get a little box that you type in the person's whatever card they're using stolen fraudulently for real and within a few seconds or a minute you find out whether they're legitimate or not yeah I think it should be implemented immediately and you know. I.d. That belongs to someone like your son and that's being used and that's both are felonies federal felonies but these people haven't been convicted so. You know this gives them a little I guess in the terms of the Democrats are in terms of folks that support them a little. Illegal aliens that haven't committed any crimes 1st of all being in the country illegally. And then you think about what they have to do just why they need to work so will be there working off the books and in taxes or other you say you know big idea somebody else's i.d. To work in most states don't usually driver's license and driving without it are precise and see if you have a driving uninsured be a calls the list just goes on and on you know they don't apply for a government benefits and even this in part alone documentation they use our health care systems they go on and on that so they are criminal aliens in my mind.
